These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operators of the xk777 platform ("xk777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://xk777.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

xk777 is an English-language online gaming information platform built for Pakistani users. We provide information about online casino games, sports betting, cricket wagering and live dealer content. • "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback or other incentive offered by xk777, always subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements as published at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed and/or as required by the operator's compliance obligations.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for illustrative monetary examples throughout this Agreement.

• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a license not held by xk777.

To register and maintain an Account on xk777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual — corporate accounts, accounts operated by agents or accounts held in trust for another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful, restricted or subject to licensing not held by xk777. You are solely responsible for determining the applicable legal position in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director or immediate family member of a household member of xk777 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual who has applied for self-exclusion through the Platform or any associated responsible gambling program.
• You must not currently be subject to any court order, insolvency proceeding or other legal restriction that would affect your capacity to enter into this Agreement.

When registering an Account on xk777, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. xk777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the xk777 support team immediately via the Live Chat function or the Help Center email address provided in the Contact Us section of this document.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, xk777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from xk777;
• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, spider or other data extraction tool to access the Platform or its content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or in connection with any business activity not expressly authorised by xk777.

xk777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

The Platform and all games, betting interfaces and live dealer content are provided for entertainment and information purposes. xk777 makes no representation that the Platform, or any specific game or betting market, will be available continuously or free from errors or interruptions.

All financial transactions on xk777, including deposits and withdrawals, are subject to the operator's current payment terms, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and verification requirements as published in the operator's Help Center at the time of the transaction.

xk777 references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context for local users. The following general principles apply to all financial transactions:

xk777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted by a User.

The following general bonus terms apply unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For illustration: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets. The specific requirement for each promotion is always stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet or stake limit typically applies — illustratively PKR 1,000 per bet or spin. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a lower rate (for example, 10–20%). Some games may contribute 0%. The applicable contribution rates are detailed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation or crediting. Unused bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses expire at the end of this period without compensation.
• Maximum Cashout: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap — illustratively PKR 25,000. Winnings in excess of this cap will not be withdrawable.
• Minimum Deposit to Activate: Many bonuses require a qualifying minimum deposit — illustratively PKR 1,000 — to be credited to an Account before the bonus is activated.

xk777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable bonus terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xk777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with xk777;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics;
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Creating or operating a duplicate Account;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party who is ineligible to hold an Account;
• Abusing, harassing or threatening xk777 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the xk777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of xk777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The xk777 name, logo and all associated branding elements are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any xk777 intellectual property without prior written consent from xk777.

Third-party game content, sports data feeds and live dealer streams displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used under commercial licence agreements. You may not copy, record, broadcast or redistribute any third-party content available through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xk777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated revenue;
• Loss of data or Account access due to technical failure, unauthorised access or user error;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform, any game or betting market;
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes or balance calculations arising from technical malfunction;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes beyond entertainment.

xk777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

Any dispute arising between xk777 and a User shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the xk777 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulator applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

xk777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xk777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting the support team.
